At Common Bond Supply Co., all of our products are made-to-order using direct-to-garment (DTG) printing. Because each item is created specifically for your order, we do not accept general returns or exchanges.

All Sales Are Final

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

• Ordering the wrong size

• Ordering the wrong item, color, or design

• Entering an incorrect shipping address

• Buyer’s remorse

• Changing your mind after purchase

Please review sizing charts and order details carefully before completing your purchase.

Defective or Damaged Items Only

The only items eligible for replacement or refund are items that arrive:

• Defective

• Damaged

• Misprinted due to a production error

Reporting a Problem

If your order arrives with a defect or damage, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include:

• Your order number

• A brief description of the issue

• Clear photos showing the defect or damage

Non-Returnable Issues

The following are not considered defects and are not eligible for return, replacement, or refund:

• Slight variations in print placement

• Minor color differences between screen and printed product

• Normal variation between garment batches

• Damage caused by improper washing, drying, or wear after delivery

Approved Claims

If your claim is approved, Common Bond Supply Co. will provide either:

• A replacement item, or

• A refund

We reserve the right to determine whether a claim qualifies based on the information provided.
