At Common Bond Supply Co., all apparel is made-to-order. This means your order is printed specifically for you after it is placed.

Processing Time

Please allow 2–7 business days for order processing and production before your item ships.

Because our products are printed on demand, processing times may vary during holidays, product launches, or high-volume periods.

Shipping Time

Once your order has shipped, delivery time will depend on the shipping method selected at checkout and the destination of the package.

Estimated shipping times are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.

If you notice an error in your shipping information, contact us immediately at sales@commonbondsupplyco.com

If the order has not yet entered production, we may be able to update the address. Once an order has been processed or shipped, we cannot guarantee changes.

Delays, Lost, or Stolen Packages

Common Bond Supply Co. is not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier, weather, customs, or other circumstances beyond our control.

We are also not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as delivered by the carrier. If your package is marked delivered but cannot be located, please contact the shipping carrier directly.

Damaged Orders

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number, a description of the problem, and clear photos of the issue.
